Up 'til Dawn is a nationwide, student-led program in which college students raise funds and awareness for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. 
My first year in college, I joined a team of 5 and collectively raised $500 to be able to attend the main event, cleverly named "Up 'Til Dawn", because all attendees had to stay up from 12am-6am. I knew I had to be behind the scenes and joined the executive committee that night! Since then, I had the opportunity to engage with the student body, as well as local businesses. Through my positions with Up 'til Dawn, I was able to improve my creative thinking skills by making flyers, curating social media posts, and earning the opportunity to organize and lead the main event!
